A report-based goal-setting table

This one-page table is designed to be printed, and issued to your learners WITH their CURRENT term report. Report scores get transferred to the table, goals get set for the NEXT term (which now becomes the new CURRENT term), and the year-end. Lastly, the table includes a term tracker (so that the learner knows where they stand in the ten- (or eleven- or twelve-) week term), and space for recording the number of school days missed (why should the learner NOT do this?).
