Section A: Perfect Diet
- Start by getting diet pictures from magazines, newspapers, and the internet. Look at a variety of food groups to make sure your diet contains all the necessary nutrients.
- Choose food items from the following groups:
- Vegetables and fruits: Choose a wide variety of colorful vegetables and fruits to ensure a variety of vitamins and minerals.
- Protein: Includes meat, fish, eggs, and plant-based protein source such as beans.
- Cereal products: Choose whole-grain options such as whole-grain bread, brown rice, and whole-grain pasta.
- Flour and milk products: Includes milk, yogurt, cheese, and whole grain products.
- Glue the selected pictures to the paper board. Arrange the food items in a way that gives a balanced representation of each food group.
4. Demarcate portions of the board to divide them into quarters. These quarters may represent:

- 1/4 for vegetables and fruits
- 1/4 for protein
- 1/4 for cereals
- 1/4 for flour and milk products
5. Label each section with the correct food group, so you have a clear identification of what should be in each sector.
