Resource Description

This hands-on resource teaches fractions on the fraction wall. Farmer Brown’s animals decide to pain the barn wall. Children learn about fractions by comparing them on the fraction wall. Who painted the most? Who painted the least? Did the cow and the goose paint the same amount? They also compare fractions at the Happy Chappy Bubblegum factory. They learn about addition and subtraction with the same denominators. A PowerPoint presentation is included which has also been converted into a video for classroom work.
