Resource Description

What happens when we compare two things? Is the train faster than the car? Is the aeroplane the fastest? We use degrees of comparison to help us compare adjectives.

This interactive lesson consists of:

– Discussing degrees of comparison in detail

– Using them in sentences

– Identifying which words need an -er or -est added in sentences

– Choosing your own degrees of comparison adjective to add into sentences

– Writing sentences about a busy picture and using adjectives provided to compare aspects

I’m sure you learnt some new information in this very informative lesson.
