It covers measuring current and potential difference in circuits, the behaviour of current in series circuits and at a junction in parallel circuits, the conditions needed to produce an electric current, potential difference and how p.d. behaves in series and parallel circuits. It also includes an optional practical that looks at different numbers of lamps in series and parallel (will need to do over 2 lessons if doing this).
