This product is designed to help teachers and creche owners to  running a school in Afrikaans;

First it will  help you safe time in changing or adding documents to your admin pack when you start registering your ECD/Creche/Aftercare with the  DOE (Department of Education). The documents are compliant with the new National Curriculum Framework’s guidelines.

Secondly this is a very useful tool to all new aspiring creche owners or teachers that want to safe time in creating a lot of Admin documentation.

This Admin pack is the first of  om the series and will contain 5 documents:

1. Enrolment form with Indemnity clause- POPI act compliant

2. Medication Record– A template created to be completed per child as new regulations  prescribed

3. Incident and accident report form – this is a basic template that can be change to suite your internal protocol in reporting and communication systems.

4. Class attendance sheet- Month attendance form on 1 sheet. Easy to use and eliminate a lot of documents

5. Menu Template – this document provides you with room for breakfast and lunch planning, making sure you use all the food groups and remember the food allergies that might be a challenge for your team.

All of these documents is created in MS word and will be set as to edit the original. This provide you with the freedom to adapt and change a basic format to your schools branding if you choose to do so.
