English Reading and Viewing and Writing and Presenting Activity based on The Doll

This bundle of resources is to specifically be used for the short story – The Doll by Nokuthula Mazibuka.

The bundle includes 2 pre-reading activities as well as post-reading questions with both contextual and language questions.

It also includes collaborative writing and presenting activities with a mind map, writing frame and checklist/ self-assessment. The writing activity could be completed as an independent task; one would need to adapt the instructions.

This bundle allows learners to fully grasp the story and its messages through a range of activities which are accompanied with memorandums or marking guidelines.
