Oh what a nightmare this project can be for teachers to wrap their heads around!

It has been quite a challenge sitting for hours on end trying to figure out exactly what is needed by the department in terms of the project, but, alas, I’ve taken all aspects into account – Including the hypothesis and research question that has now got to be implemented, according to new guidelines stipulated.

This project revolves entirely around Kenn Nesbitt’s poems, as there is a large number of poems for children to research.

Hypothesis and aim: “Would Kenn Nesbitt’s poems still be effective without rhyming, humour or other poetic devices he uses?”

Broken up into 3 stages: Research (10 Marks), Writing (30 Marks) and an Oral – Speech (20 Marks) bringing a total of 60 Marks.
