Grade 7 Financial Mathematics Bulk Pack

This pack includes resources to assist you in teaching financial mathematics. It includes one mental maths worksheet to assess learners’ prior knowledge of rate, ratio and percentage. It includes a 3-page glossary of financial mathematics terms. It also includes a formal assessment, memo and reflection (which can also be bought separately).

This resource contains a 40-mark formal assessment which covers all content involved in financial mathematics Term 1 for Grade 7 learners. It also includes skills such as rate, ratio and percentage which learners need to know and understand to grasp financial mathematics. The assessment is divided into 4 sections with differentiated questions and cognitive levels. The mark distribution follows the guidelines of the Senior Phase CAPS document (DBE, 2011).

This pack includes a formal assessment which could be used as an open book or revision booklet. It includes a memorandum as well as a self-assessment in the form of a reflection.
