Morning Ring Lesson – Winter – Grade 0/R

The lesson starts with a cute partner song by the learning station. Have your learners greet the morning in a fun and enthusiastic way. Then complete the weather and the days of the week. Discussion time centers around the effects that winter have on nature. Then watch a cute youtube video on winter and animals. Next, revise some sounds that have been learned. Because our learners are still little it is important to allow them time to move around, so have them count and enjoy a little brain break. In the next step of the lesson have the learners look at the two groups and identify more and less. End off this fun lesson with another brain break. This is the start of the set. There are 5 morning rings for each theme.
