Participation in a Fitness Programme

Your Fitness will be tested by completing 2 activities in Term 1.
First you will complete a Fitness Grid called an X-pattern multi-skill course. Your motivation to complete as well as your completion of the activity will be assessed. Your sprinting and jogging ability will be assessed.

Your second test will be a 4 x 20 sprint challenge. In this activity you must run 50 m x ( 200 metres ) in a total of 80 seconds. A diagram has been included for you to see exactly what must be done.
