KWL Statement

This is a one-page KWL. KWL is a strategy which can be used in any subject to assist learners in understanding their prior knowledge, what they will learn and what they have learned. As such the K stands for what I already know. The W stands for what I want to know and the L stands for what I have learnt. This strategy can be used throughout a lesson or lessons to achieve specific objectives and allows learners to have a clear understanding of what the main outcome is.
